SPOTTED

Hey Guys,

This week I decided to change it up a little. First, I’m in a body con dress and second, in heels. Last year, I decided to start wearing heels more and it’s been going really well so you’ll be seeing a lot more on here.

Today’s post is a two in one so I’ll be sharing a short poem about one of the aspects of ย stepping out of your comfort zone: vulnerability. This has been one of the things that I’ve been trying to work on and I hope it inspires you to try it out as well: rawness and utter honesty with those around you.

Vulnerability

Hurt is the rain before the rainbow, the thorns on the flower and the caterpillar before the butterfly so why not? Why not come undone? Pour your soul out.

Tear the mask(s) off. Take your pain, flaws and all your little quirks then place them here. Talk about it. Or don’t. Just place it all. Here. For me to see.

Liberating. Terrifying but oh so beautiful.
